Een muzikale samenwerking tussen Gordon Giltrap MBE, een van de meest gerespecteerde gitaristen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, en de gerenommeerde internationale componist, arrangeur en multi-instrumentalist Stuart Jones.

Pofacetilly combineert keyboards en gitaar om te ontdekken hoe rauwe en spontane emoties uitgedrukt kunnen worden in melodie en ritme.

Stuart Jones comments: ‘I had heard a lot of Gordon’s music, but his playing on this CD seems to have an unique melodic structure that oozes catchy and beautiful motifs and an addictive mellowness. We wanted to keep an almost ‘live’ feel, as so much music these days is processed which can take away the pure musicianship. I hugely enjoyed recording this album as it allowed me freedom to explore some of my more intricate and uplifting styles whilst intertwining with Gordon’s inimitable licks. Also I was able to express some of my divergent influences; Billy Sharpe (Shakatak), Oscar Peterson, Chopin and Prince’.
